2. Digital Product Disclosure

All products sold are digital downloads delivered electronically.

• Access to digital content may begin immediately after payment.
• Refund eligibility may be affected once digital content has been accessed, in accordance with applicable regulations.

However, we remain committed to reviewing all legitimate refund requests.

3. Resolution Process

Before issuing a refund, we may attempt to:

• Provide replacement files
• Resolve technical compatibility issues
• Offer support to ensure proper file access

If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be processed.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle.

Estimated timelines:

• Card payments: 5–7 business days
• Digital wallets: 3–5 business days
• Bank transfers: up to 10 business days

Processing times depend on the payment provider.

5. Abuse Prevention

Refund requests that demonstrate abuse, fraud, or violation of license terms may be declined after review.
