1. Product Description

WeddingVectors.com offers pre-made premium wedding graphics and digital design files delivered electronically.

All products are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped.

We do not provide custom design services or human-driven personalized services. All products are pre-created digital assets.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital files for personal or commercial projects, subject to these Terms.

Ownership of the intellectual property remains with WeddingVectors.com Premium Wedding Graphics Marketplace.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use designs in personal projects
• Use designs in commercial client projects
• Modify designs for your own end product
• Deliver flattened or final output to clients

All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record.

Invoices and receipts are issued electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, branding, and digital files remain the exclusive intellectual property of WeddingVectors.com Premium Wedding Graphics Marketplace.

No ownership rights are transferred through purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as available.”

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international consumer protection laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
